How do I apply for a job at ARA?

All applications should be submitted using the online application process. To apply, please visit External Applicants or Current Employees from the Careers dropdown in the main menu.

  • First time candidates should create a new account to submit your application and resume to ARA.
  • Returning candidates need to use your existing username and password to sign in, search, and apply for open positions.
  • Current employees should apply for new opportunities at our internal applications site.
  • If you need assistance with completing the online application, please contact ARA Human Resources at (512) 795-5100, ext. 7220, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.

 

Do I need an email address to apply for positions at ARA?

In order to complete the online application, an email address is required. It is also useful to have an active email account for your online application as you will receive an email to confirm you have applied for a specific position and when the position has been filled.

 

How will I know if my online application was submitted successfully?

You will receive an email confirmation once you have completed the online application process. To ensure that the information you submitted was completed accurately, please log back in to your account and review your information.

 

How can I tell if my application is still active in the ARA system?

Applications remain active in the ARA database for 60 days. However, as you attain additional work or educational experience, you are encouraged to update your application when applying for a new position.

 

What if I forget my password?

To obtain your password, go to the login screen, select, “Can’t remember your password? Click here.” at the bottom of the page. Next, enter your email address and select “E-mail My Password.” To ensure more security, you may create a secret question for your password as well. An email titled “Your Account Details” from recruiting@ausrad.com will be sent to the email address associated with your user profile with your password included.

 

How do I search for open positions?

To browse for open positions, select External Applicants or Current Employees from the Careers dropdown in the main menu.

 

How do I know if a job at ARA is still open?

Any position that currently appears on the job postings website is still open. If you have any questions regarding the status of your application, you may contact Human Resources at (512) 795-5100, ext. 7220, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.

 

How do I know if an ARA position has been filled or closed?

If a position is no longer on the ARA Careers website, the position has either been filled or closed.

 

Who can I contact if I need an accommodation for special assistance in completing my application?

How do I check the status of my application?
