Easily order, schedule, view, and share
your patients’ images online.
The provider portal allows you to create patient accounts that track imaging, submit imaging orders online, schedule patient exams, add related documents such as labs and clinical reports, monitor orders and patients’ exam status, download, view, and share imaging studies and reports, and compare patient studies. ARA uses the Royal MD® Provider Portal to bring you a full range of online capabilities.
ARA’s Provider Portal

Instructions for starting your ARA provider portal account:
- To start using the ARA RoyalMD Provider Portal, please go to www.royalsolutionsgroup.com/router/ara/MD
- To request an account, click the blue Request Access button on the log-in screen.
- If you are a staff member, choose Staff so that you can schedule for all providers in your practice.
- If you are a provider, choose Provider.
- Fill in and submit the Request Access form.
- ARA personnel will process your request and return your account access information to you.
